Hello World:
Again, I want to say I am very, very sorry for what happened to those people in Norway from nearly over a month ago from today. Last time, I talked about some Christian conservative agendas, and how one of their agendas is to allow non-White people to rot away and die, like over in Somalia. That kind of agenda is evil and ungodly.
Henceforth, I want to jump into talking about the famine and starvation taking place in Somalia and the economic and unemployment crisis that Greece is facing. There is NO excuse for not helping the poor. No decent human being, be they adults or children, should be without food, water and shelter. What has happened over in Somalia is inhumane.
Some government official over there claimed that the famine was not as bad as the media says. However, I saw some of the pictures of the children and refugees fleeing Somalia into neighboring countries. This one child I saw looked really bad. The child looked skeletal. So, that official does not know what he is talking about, because there are people starving and dying over there. The Somalia crisis has affected some 11 million people in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and DJibouti over in East Africa, according to a report.
What I would like to do at this point is present scriptures on what God says about HELPING the poor and giving in general. There are a lot of scriptures, so I am going to try to get them all in here, but it looks like I may have to extend those scriptures into the next post and talk about briefly about Greece in the next post.
Scripture reference Psalm Chapter 82: Verse 3; "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy."

Proverb 21:13; "Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard."
Deuteronomy 15:7; "If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any gate in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thy heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother."

Isaiah 58:10; "And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:"

2 Corinthians 8:12; "For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not."
2 Corinthians 9:7; "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
Psalm 41:1; "Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble."
St. Matthew 19:21; "Jesus said unto him, if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven, and come and follow me."
Okay, as I mentioned above, there was a lot of scriptures, so, what I will do is return in the next post to discuss those above scriptures in relation to talking about Somalia and Greece.
