Hello World:
This the 6th segment of my health and nutrition series. Previously I talked about water. Again water is very important. Water is very important for keeping the body hydrated so it can function overall; water is important for digestion of food; and water is important for cleaning.
There is a saying that cleanliness is next to Godliness. That statement is not exactly true and is not in the scriptures or Bible. The two things are not related; because in terms of cleanliness, that depends on the persons situation or environment as to how clean they can get. Being clean does not mean that you are Godly or close to God or pleasing God. Cleanliness DOES NOT save one's soul and DOES NOT get one into Heaven. People should, in the natural sense and for good hygiene purposes clean themselves. People should use water to wash themselves by shower or bath, OR BY WHATEVER PRACTICAL MEANS that they can.
I am aware and mentioned before, that in some countries good, clean water is hard to come by. So, in some places and sometimes, in countries where there is no clean water or hardly any water at all, you may have to improvise and do the best you can, again, depending on the situation. Everybody is not able to take showers everyday or bath everyday. Oftentimes, people waste water by showering too much. So, if you have consistently good water, get to it, and use it the best you can, but in a wise manner.
Before I go back to talking about vitamins, I need to go through some other things in this post. About a year ago, I mentioned the ideal amount of sleep is 8 hours. That is still okay, but I want to expand that by adding a range to that. The range of sleep a person should target is between 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Try to get at least, or no less than 6 hours of sleep.
Anything less than 6 hours is bad or dangerous. On the other hand, you can sleep too much. Therefore, at most 8 hours is good. You do not want to sleep more than 8 hours, except under rare circumstances when you have worked really hard and you are extremely tired. Your body will tell you, by the way you feel if you need more sleep. If you slept for a certain time period and it is morning, and you wake up feeling good, it is time to get up and get out of bed to start your day.
If you exercise or work out often, it is not good to exercise or workout everyday. On average 3 times a week. Meaning sometimes 2 times a week and sometimes 4 times a week. Generally, exercising or doing a serious workout, 3 times a week is good. You need to skip some days each week and NOT workout, and actually rest your muscles; because if you do that you will get stronger the next time. That has worked for me personally. You can push your muscles to their limit or failure, but again, you should NOT work your muscles into the ground, figuratively, everyday. Rest and recuperation is a part of getting stronger and avoiding injuries.
Also very important to note, that if you exercise or workout a lot, or are consistently active in sports, you need to consume EXTRA protein, from your usual required amount depending on your body type, to refuel and build your muscles used in the workouts or sports activities.
You can also exercise too much to the point, that you drain energy from other areas and systems of your body, including your immune system. So, you want to be careful in that also. The body needs to move and work, especially as we age or get older; but mentioning a third time here, the body also needs good periods to rest and recover.
Very quickly on the subject of protein, I believe I mentioned this before in my archives, but I want to mention this again; I have observed and noticed many women who have pretty faces, but they have skinny arms and legs. When I see that, that tells me that those women are NOT eating enough protein in their diet. I see A LOT of women like that.
They have beautiful and attractive faces or profiles or facial features, because I notice those kinds of things; but their arms and legs are very thin, bony or do not have enough meat on them. Many women, especially some of the younger woman, need to eat MORE protein in their diet, to develop PROPERLY PROPORTIONED limbs and a healthy figure, overall for their bodies. Some young women I see look so thin, that it appears that they did not eat good diets; or were NOT fed healthy foods with protein by their parents, raising them as they were growing up.
I have to talk about some similarities of two kinds of people who are LIABILITIES or problem people. There are some nice people who are fat, obese or extremely overweight. Also, there are people who drive too slow and BELOW the speed limit or laws in traffic. When you drive a car or truck, generally, you do not want to speed, but drive the speed limit. In addition to the driving you want to have some patience.
I want to add in here, that NOT ALL speeding is bad. Some speeding or a lot of speeding IS bad, but some times, even though in some places it is against the law, it is necessary to speed and get away from people and fools out on the road. HOWEVER, TWO of the WORST kinds of people to be around, IN A CRISIS, are fat people and slow drivers.
Fat people can cause a lot of people to die, because they are slow, are difficult to move if they need help, and they can get in the way and block the way of escape. Because of that, fat or obese people have a degree of selfishness. In a crisis situation, fat people or obese people are a liability. SLOW DRIVERS, IN ANY KIND OF TRAFFIC, CAN CAUSE ACCIDENTS AND GET PEOPLE KILLED TOO, AND ARE ACTUALLY WORSE THAN SPEEDERS FOR SEVERAL REASONS. SLOW DRIVERS, IN TRAFFIC, ARE MORE SELFISH THAN OTHER PEOPLE, including MORE THAN speeders. I am caping those statements above to emphasize points.
People, who drive TOO slow or TOO slow in traffic, should be pulled over, ticketed or penalized by police to pay money fines, the same way people who are caught speeding are treated. In a crisis situation, slow drivers are a liability.
And if anybody is wondering, NO, I have never been ticketed for speeding. Yes, speeding your car or vehicle is illegal in several places; but again, depending on the situation is SOMETIMES necessary and SOMETIMES the right thing to do. I do speed when I have to get away from traffic, because I always drive away from traffic, either in front of or behind it, NOT INTO IT CLOGGING IT UP. I like to have space or distance, and I do NOT like a person driving so close, until it is like they are right up my rear end or behind. I also, do not like a slow person in front of me and someone speeding behind me. If people keep space or distance, by making adjustments when driving, that will prevent accidents.
I only drive slow or below the speed limit, when I am the only one on the road; or there is NO traffic, when NOBODY is behind me and I am NOT inconveniencing the other person! I need to continue with something concerning survival in segment 7.

Health And Nutrition, Segment 5
Hello World:
I finally got back to talking about health and nutrition here in 2011. What I want to do is try to pick up from last year, and continue with the basic fundamentals of being healthy and taking in good nutrition. Let me remind everybody that, I am starting here with segment 5, because I did segments 1 through 4 last year in 2010. I mentioned some time back, that I hardly ever get sick, and have not been sick for many years. I have not even had a cold for over 4 years.
Let me also mention again that I am not a licensed physician or doctor. I consider myself to be like a doctor in terms of some medical knowledge from research, experience in going through things and God showing me and speaking to me about health issues.
There are some things, I would like people to think about, when reading the health and nutrition information I am providing throughout this series. Even though I am not a licensed doctor, I believe that because I have been a healthy person for a long time, personally STOPPED someone from having repeated heart attacks, and personally prevented someone else from dying, that I must be doing a lot of things right, and know what I am talking about when it comes to health and nutrition.
I thank God for keeping me healthy, and for Him giving me the knowledge to be healthy. Many times people take their health and strength for granted; but we should thank God for those things everyday. I believe, thanking God for your health and strength is a part of being healthy.
As, I go through these segments, I do not want to focus so much on the number of calories a person should have or consume to be healthy. I know some people are concerned with calories intake. The intake of calories has never been a problem for me. However, I will say several things about calories right here. You do want to burn calories if you are overweight. If you are at the right weight or are underweight, you do not want to burn too many calories and may need to consume more to maintain or build up to a healthy weight.
With that said above, people should be more focused on consuming or taking in the RIGHT KIND of calories, more than the amount. If your body takes in the right kind of calories from a healthy diet, your body will utilize those calories where you need them, and you can eat as much as you want and be healthy.
Last year, I mentioned about taking the mineral combination of calcium and magnesium. You want to take that combination daily. Most good multi-vitamins have that combination. The ratio of calcium to magnesium, should be very close to 2 to 1. In other words, if you are taking 500 mgs of calcium, you would like to take 250 mgs of magnesium or around half of the milligrams(mgs) of calcium. This works very well with the nerve impulses of your muscles as they expand and contract.
That calcium and magnesium is especially important for regulating the heart muscle as it pumps and relaxes, preventing heart disease and heart failure. That mineral combination keeps the heart healthy and strong. So, calcium is not only good for your bones, but especially for your heart, which is muscle. Also, do NOT forget to add vitamin D with the calcium, so your body can properly absorb the calcium.
I got a little technical up there, but I said last year that I wanted to explain the calcium and magnesium combination. I want to come back to vitamins and minerals, maybe in segment 6. Now I want to make quick points that are important to staying healthy.
Look at or look over your food carefully. Look for damages and check dates. For meats check dates, look at unusual discolorations and smell to check for foul odors. Rinse off ALL fruits and vegetables before eating. If the food looks bad, smells bad and/or is falling apart, DO NOT eat it; but throw it out. If you bought something bad from a store, inform them of the problem and try to return it, but get rid of it or again throw away any bad looking or bad smelling food.
Wash your hands EVERY TIME you leave the bathroom, from specifically using the toilet. Do not touch the door handles in public places or work places with your bare hands. Use towels or paper or anything other than your hands to touch or turn public knobs and handles. This is especially right after you wash your hands in a public restroom and you are leaving out of the restroom.
I have seen a lot of people come off the toilet and not wash their hands, potentially spreading fecal matter, urine, bacteria, viruses and you name it. If you know someone or seen someone come off of a toilet and not wash their hands, do NOT shake their hand. If they ask, why? Privately tell them.
Water is very important for everything that humans do. Some countries and places within countries have a shortage of water or no clean water at all. It is very difficult to survive with hardly no clean water. One of the mission organizations that I help, goes to different countries in places where there is no water or no clean water, and they build wells to draw up and filter in clean water for people in need.
People should drink enough water to maintain the right hydration level in their bodies, each day, which is not exact and differs from person to person. If you are thirsty, drink clean water. If you have overexerted your body from work or running, where you are breathing heavy; you should slow down gradually and wait some seconds or between 1 to 2 minutes before drinking cold water.
In this next statement I do not have scientific facts or documentation for; HOWEVER, I have witnesses who have testified, literally, seeing someone die from a heart attack, by drinking ice cold water, trying to cool themselves down from heat exhaustion, immediately after heavy physical exertion.
So, that is why, above, I recommend after physical exertion, waiting some seconds or close to a few minutes and allow your body to naturally cool down some, and relax your breathing, and allow your heart rate to slow down from beating fast to back to normal, before drinking very cold water. Or drink water that is mildly cold, but not TOO cold. This is especially if you know you are not in shape or not healthy and are trying to get healthy. A physically fit person, with a healthy heart, might get away with that; but everybody should be careful with that.
There are also some people who testify that drinking hot water or hot drinks with meals, is healthier than drinking cold drinks; because the hot water or a drink such as green tea, as an example, is better for digestion, and actually cleanses the intestines of food residue and build-up of fat, better than cold drinks. I do believe those testimonies are credible. The only issues I see with that is trying to get relief, when it is hot outside. Hot drinks are good and practical in the winter or when the temperature is cold; but when it is hot, normally, you want to drink something cold to cool the body. There is more I need to explain, so I will return with segment 6.
I finally got back to talking about health and nutrition here in 2011. What I want to do is try to pick up from last year, and continue with the basic fundamentals of being healthy and taking in good nutrition. Second Part Of Somalia And Greece, World Affairs Concl.
Hello World:
I want to edit in here that even though I have mentioned Greece in several post titles, I consider this to be my second part of discussing the problems of Somalia and Greece together. I consider that the two recent archive posts titled "World Affairs Norway, Somalia and Greece" from 9-7-11 and "Back To Discussing Somalia And Greece In World Affairs" from 9-14-11 as both going together like one post. Those two together are linked to this post here today.
As I was mentioning the damaging effects on the people of a country suffering from financial problems, as I previously referred to Somalia and Greece. I must go on to say somebody will need to actually do something to help the people; and try to keep the society stable, in those countries or in any country having similar problems.
Socialism can work, if the leaders providing the services, have decent hearts for helping the people. In providing public services, the government does not have to control the people's every move or spy or track everything its' citizens are doing. People DO NOT have to be monitored or lose their privacy.
Basic goods and public services, such as public transportation with both buses and commuter trains are essential in helping people find jobs, get back and forth to jobs, and to put their lives back together financially and independently. Shelters, NOT CONCENTRATION CAMPS, but again, shelters can be built and set up for people who can not afford a home or apartment.
They can move and travel in and out as they please. If they do find a job, they can pay a small percentage of rent based upon their income; until they can afford to move into their own apartment or house. People who are unemployed should show some efforts in looking for work or a job. So, there should be something in place to prevent or deter abuses to the system.
Many conservatives and right-wing conservative christians will have a problem with what I just said, above, about socialism and the government providing social services to help people. A lot of conservatives act like everybody is automatically born rich, and do not need help like themselves. However, that is not the case.
I want to add in here, that in many countries we can see that capitalism or free enterprise is not the answer to the world's problems. UNFORTUNATELY, under capitalism, there are only a few in the world who have, but there are TOO MANY WHO HAVE NOT. Free markets in principle is okay, but there are too many people invested in the free markets who are SELFISH HUMAN BEINGS, with BLACK HEARTS. They are not concerned about anybody else's condition, but themselves. They have stupid and very ungodly excuses as to why the next person is suffering, and why they refuse to help.
Everybody does not live and grow up in the same rich and prosperous environment. Many people grow up through hellish situations, NOT OF THEIR CHOOSING. Many people and groups have MAJOR differences in their historical backgrounds, that has an affect either negative or positive on future generations.
In other words, everybody's background in society is not positive and gleeful. You or a country or society needs BOTH a free market system and social government services in place together. Capitalism and socialism together, with socialism available as a secondary or emergency option when the citizens need assistance.
This is NOT to make people permanently dependent on the government. If decent people need help, you help them; you do not let them die. If you want to complain about them using the social services, THEN HIRE THEM TO WORK FOR YOU. If they do not have all of the educational qualifications or work experience in a particular field, then give them ON THE JOB TRAINING. So, in other words, how about you quit complaining about them AND YOU PERSONALLY HELP THEM.
Going back to explaining those scriptures from a couple of posts back, when it comes to giving and helping the poor, God DOES NOT want us to be conservative. In fact, when it comes to giving to the poor, God clearly in the scriptures or bible, supports a LIBERAL AGENDA. From Proverb 11, God says, the liberal soul shall be fat, or have plenty or much. God says in Proverb 22, he that has a bountiful eye or free giving, or he that gives plenty shall be blessed, for he gives bread to the poor.
Also, in Deuteronomy 16, God says a man should give as he is able to give, according to how God blessed him. In St. Matthew 10, Jesus said along with the ministry work of preaching, healing the sick and other duties, to do NOT neglect giving ALSO. Jesus said freely ye have received, freely give. In Ezra, it says they gave according to their ability or what they could actually give. Paul mentions in 2 Corinthians a man should give according to what he has and NOT according to what he does not have. I can say more about that will not.
Paul also mentions in 2 Corinthians 9, that we should give cheerfully, and that God loves a cheerful giver. Psalm 41 says the Lord will bless him who considers the poor, by delivering him out of trouble. In St. Matthew again, Jesus said if you give to the poor, you will have treasure in Heaven; and to follow Him, because that is what, WE, His believers and followers do.
In looking at what God said in those scriptures, we can see that God DID NOT say to complain or make up excuses, for not giving to the poor or not finding legitimate charities to give to, who will help the poor. You do want to be wise about how and where you give, As, Jesus mentions in St. Matthew 7:6 about not giving that which is holy to dogs and casting your pearls before swine, or to people who do not appreciate your giving and help and whom will actually turn against you, after you help them.
However, the bible DOES NOT say that God wants us to be conservative in our giving. The bible DOES NOT say God loves a conservative giver. NO! In fact, the word conservative is not even mentioned in the bible. Again, God says the liberal soul shall be fat, or not lack, or be blessed with much in a healthy way.
So, according to the scriptures in the bible, it is better and MORE pleasing to God to be liberal or liberal in giving, especially to help the poor, THAN being conservative. Again, I believe God wants us to be smart about it, and use wisdom; but again, be liberal or more on the liberal side of helping the poor.
I want to edit in here that even though I have mentioned Greece in several post titles, I consider this to be my second part of discussing the problems of Somalia and Greece together. Why The United States Of America Is Also Having Economic Problems
Hello World:
I want to continue, from the last post, talking about that countries need to do something to help its' citizens. I will talk about the United States of America's economic problems in a moment. I need to add in here that you should NOT run a country and serve the people by using debt or owing someone else or owing another country.
Proverb 22:7 says in the second part of that scripture, the borrower is servant to the lender. Borrowing money is not a good way or smart way to live, because you become a servant to whom you borrow from, and you are not financially free to do much of anything; because what you have, can be legally taken from you; because it really is not yours.
You can also become stressed and worried about paying off what you owe, which is not healthy. So, that is why it is so important to live debt free, as an individual and for a country. Budget and spend within your means. Having the power to borrow money is not all that great a thing. Borrowing money is easy. Almost anybody can borrow money. The question is does the person have the power to actually pay back the money in a good reasonable time?
I have an excellent credit record and rating. Having a good or excellent credit record and rating means two things; one thing is good, and the other thing is bad. The good meaning to a good to excellent credit, is that you are good or a credible person, when it comes to handling money and paying back money. The bad meaning to having good to excellent credit, is that people or financial institutions trust you or look at you and try to bait you into taking on more debt, which again is not good.
So, again, it is always best to do as much business as you can debt free, with the only exception being in the case of an emergency. However, when people go into debt, they need to create and implement a plan to get out of debt or to gradually pay down that debt and eliminate that debt AS QUICKLY as they possibly can.
Now, I want to say some key things about the United States of America, that country's President Barack Obama, and why I believe it is also having economic problems similar to other countries. I have mixed reviews about President Obama doing his job, overall. I disagree with much of his foreign policy. However, I believe the bad economic times with high unemployment and national debt of the United States, is not entirely President Obama's fault. First of all, Obama inherited a bad economy when he was elected president. Obama did not cause the economic meltdown in America.
The economic meltdown in America started AFTER President Bill Clinton left office, and Bush was elected, and Bush and both Republicans and Democrats from Congress took the bait from Bin Laden and borrowed all this money from other countries to fight against terrorism and to further build up America's military. Goverment leaders, in America after Clinton and primarily during the Bush era, borrowed too much money, that America as a nation is still unable to pay back.
Also, today, it is the American people's fault for electing a divided government. A major problem with the United States of America is that the government leaders and representatives are made up, primarily of two parties; Republicans and Democrats. There is a very small percentage of independents and Tea Party members also.
However, you as American people are not smart to elect a President of one party, Democrat, and then elect Republicans to be a majority in one or both houses of your congress, and then expect those leaders from different political parties to get things done or to solve problems. Nothing good is going to get solved, because the repesentatives and the president have totally different view points and idealogy. The leaders in the United States government are a reflection of the people. What you really have is a divided America. The people say they are citizens of the United States of America or Americans, but The people of America are divided and do not even realize it.
There really needs to be some changes to the U.S. constitution. The way the people elect representatives who are so far apart on many issues, it is like putting a crocodile and a wilderbeast together and asking them to agree on some sensible ideas. They do not agree on anything. That is the problem. So, why do the American people vote in leaders who can not agree on basic social and economic issues to help people?
In order to get the leaders of America to actually do something to help the citizens, the leaders have to believe in the same thing and agree, besides the same old patriotic mumbo junk talk. To be in agreeance and effective in solving the economic problems in America, something needs to be set up and done, where the American people need to be ruled by one party at a time. As an example, the presidential election should be standard to which party gets to rule as a super majority, of 60-40 percent for the other elections in all other national government elections.
That way if you have a Republican who wins the presidency, then the Congress or law makers will, some how, have to be super majority of Republicans in both houses for the 4 year term. If the president elected is a Democrat, then likewise, he or she will get a super majority, of his own party of Democrats, in both houses for 4 years. That way, when major issues come up and major problems need to get solved, there would be NO gridlock to passing legislation.
More than likely something will get done for the American people, because you would have people elected in those government offices who agree to a great extent on ideology. However, the way the current American system is, and how Americans vote for gridlock to happen in government, they can not get mad at Obama or Congress when they can NOT agree and get things done. The American people need to get angry at themselves.
One last thing, awhile back, I mentioned that it appears that in 2012, Obama will be re-elected, just for the simple fact that the Republican party candidates seem just too weak or not strong enough. That still seems to be the case, however, with the economic problems looming large, people in America are blaming both major parties, Republican and Democrat.
Henceforth, there does remain the possibility of additional political parties or organizations, which could enter into and affect the 2012 election. Such extra parties or organizations could offset, counter, dissolve or take away the voting power of democratic and republican voters; and Obama could lose and leaders from both Democrat and Republican parties could also lose. So, at this point I am saying that possibility exist.
Another thing, no matter what those Republican and Tea party candidates are promising, if any of them did happen to beat Obama for the 2012 presidency, whoever he or she may be, will still have problems keeping those promises and solving problems; if the American people, again, elect a congress consisting of a majority of the opposing party, to that president. I will be back in a few days.
Back To Discussing Somalia And Greece In World Affairs
Hello World:
A couple of posts back, I listed a lot of scriptures, I believe 14, that talk about giving to help the poor and giving in general. As, I go throughout this post today, I am going to be talking about those scriptures from two post back, dated on 9-7-2011. So, I ask that everyone reading this post, to refer back two posts, to see what scriptures I am talking about.
I had begun mentioning the famine and people dying of starvation in Somalia. I also mentioned that I wanted to discuss Greece's financial problems. I mentioned before that there is no excuse for decent human beings to not have food, water, and shelter; and I want to add in here adequate medical care too. I also know about Al Shabab, the militant group who have hindered humanitarian assistance from reaching the people in need in Somalia.
To solve the problem of the warlords, I do believe with humanitarian aid coming into Somalia, or to any of those countries, there needs to be heavily armed protection in some way coming in WITH the humanitarian aid. The armed protection can be military or some kind of elite security force, WHO ARE PREPARED TO FIGHT AND KILL the militants, to get the aid to the decent and starving people.
If someone bringing in humanitarian aid, is not prepared to fight and kill the bad guys, or because they are a Christian and refuse to kill anybody for any reason, or because they want to be peaceful, then they should not go in there, because the problems of decent people dying of starvation WILL NOT be solved.
Now, I believe that in many of my recent series, I have turned off some people talking about killing in self-defense. As soon as some people see the word kill or killing, they immediately panic and run, and do not get all the facts.
Everything I am mentioning concerning killing in these post series is backed up by the scriptures or the CHRISTIAN BIBLE. Now later on, when I move into another topic, I will have more scriptures to back me up. The KEY WORD in the scriptures is JUSTICE, and it is not all saying that God will be the only one doing justice, but GOD COMMANDS US, CHRISTIANS, to ALSO DO JUSTICE. That leads me to talk about, in brief, those scriptures from 2 posts back.
In the scriptures that I presented in that recent post, in Psalm 82, God SAYS to DEFEND the POOR, and DO JUSTICE TO THE AFFLICTED AND NEEDY, OR ON BEHALF OF OR IN FAVOR OF THE AFFLICTED AND NEEDY. What Proverb 14:31 mean is when a person oppresses the poor he rebukes God, the creator, or he looks down on God or tries to shame God. Also, with that same Proverb 14, if a person fears and honors the Creator, he or she will have compassion on the poor and help the poor.
Now before I say more about the scriptures, I want to mention something concerning Greece. I know that Greece is having financial problems. They had some riots in the streets because many people are having trouble meeting their basic needs. The Greece government passed laws that cut public services and raised taxes, in hopes that will solve the people's problems. Here is what I want to say about that.
Again, as I mentioned with Somalia, basically, every decent person needs to have food, water, shelter and medical care. Those things are humane. In terms of the high unemployment situation, that is where I really believe the government should step in and provide basic needs to its' citizens. It is called socialism. A lot of people look at socialism like it is a bad word, but it is NOT.
When you can not provide jobs for people; or small businesses and also the large corporations can not provide jobs for people, so that the people can independently take care of themselves, somebody got to do something. If you do not do anything to counter the massive loss of jobs, your country will continue to degrade economically or financially, people will starve and die just like in Somalia.
Psychologically, morale or self-esteem, and belief in hope will be low, there will be anger and depression in the masses, and there will be a lot of crime and killing among the citizens. I need to stop here and come back in the next post and say some things about the United States of America, and then return afterwards in discussing more about giving to help the poor and giving in general.

Off Topic Somalia And Greece To Discuss 9-11 And Likely Date Of Jesus Birth
Hello World:
I am going off my planned topic of Somalia and Greece, to discuss past events of 9-11 back in the years 3 B.C. and 2001. I will resume discussing Somalia and Greece and the scriptures from last time in the next post. Let me mention one more time from my past research, that today, September 11th is the day that closely matches the correct day of Jesus Christ Birthday; in terms of Him being born and walking the earth as a man. Of course, He existed well before as God.
In my archive post series exposing the truth about Christmas, back in 2007, I mentioned from my research, that I believe the true birthdate of Jesus Christ was on September 11th, 3 B.C.; and that Christians really should celebrate Jesus Christ birthday around this time in September and NOT in December.
I also know today, many people, especially in America, are remembering the terrorist attacks against the United States of America that happened on 9-11-2001, killing over two-thousand, eight hundred people ten years ago. I am mentioning that, because I believe that was a successful attack, back then, by the enemy Satan, the Devil, in using men to carry out death and destruction.
In addition to this, I believe Satan, the Devil wants everybody, including Americans to remember this day, as a day of tragedy, horror and death, and for people to not even remotely think about the high possibility or possible fact, that today is Jesus birthday. I believe with our Lord, Jesus, something glorious happened on this date, and the devil is stealing it in the minds and hearts of people.
I believed the devil picked one of the best days of hope for mankind, with the Savior being born back in 3 B.C., to completely divert everybody's attention from the Savior, to think about those terrorist attacks. I do not like to reminisce tragedy. I really do not want to relive the tragedy of that day every year. I really did not want to talk about it today and wanted to skip it altogether, and just mention about today being Jesus birthday. However, I felt led of the Lord to talk about it at the last minute, before I published this post.
When I think about those attacks that happened on 9-11 ten years ago, I remember seeing the people trapped in those buildings, and I remember the one woman way up high in one of those towers looking down, trying to figure out how she can get out of there, as she was in a floor above the impact zone where one of the planes hit. So, it looked like she could not escape. I actually had a picture of this one guy, dressed up in his business clothes wearing a tie, and he had just jumped from way up high to commit suicide. I had a still picture of this guy falling. I could no longer keep that picture and had to get rid of it.
It was a sad and tragic day. I have been in tall buildings before too. I like the big, tall buildings. I am not afraid of heights. One time I was in this tall building somewhere with my boss, back in the very early 1990s. We are similar in age. We were about 13 stories up, and instead of taking the elevator we decided to race each other down the stairs to see who would win. Well I won, making it down to the first floor first.
I think, would I be able to do that 80 stories or floors up or 100 stories or floors up? I believe I could do it, especially with my life on the line; or would there be another way out. I would like to believe God would help me or I would find a way to come out of there. This is one reason why it is important to be in shape, because you never know when you may have to move out of the way suddenly or quickly.
Another thing I want to say, is that when I think about those attacks back from 9-11-2001, I feel almost responsible in some way. For me, PERSONALLY, I feel somewhat responsible, NOT for causing the attacks, but for not being able to prevent them, because of MY FAILURE TO HEAR FROM GOD AND NOT BEING LED BY GOD AS TO WHAT TO DO.
Maybe I should not feel that way, and maybe it was not my responsibility. But somebody needed to do something. I think sometimes, and I talk to God about would if I knew all about it, and would if I had the power to intercept it. Then too, there is the possibility that God did not want me or others close to Him to know. Not that it was God's will, but God knew what was going to happen ahead of time, and God DID allow those attacks to follow through. Not to blame God, but he knew and did not stop them or use someone to stop them.
Many times things such as these types of tragedies, happen because God allows them to happen. He allows bad things to happen, sometimes because of the sins of the people. Other times it is because people are not seeking Him for help or answers to things in life.
I do want to interject in here, that there is a DIFFERENCE between God's perfect will and God allowing other things outside of His will to happen. There is also A DIFFERENCE between God's wrath and judgement and terrorism or the wrath and judgement of man. When I talk about God's wrath and judgement on America or anybody else, I do not speak of things used with the devices or weapons that man uses.
When God pours out His wrath and judgement, it is NOT by the use of guns, bullets, or bombs, airplanes or chemical and biologically man-made weapons. God's judgement is NOT by suicide bombers, or shoe-bombers on an airplane. Now, again, God can, and as we have seen, allow those things to happen; BUT, they are NOT of God, but are ACTS OF MEN.
You will know the wrath and judgement of God, when you see the earthquakes, the tornadoes, the floods, extreme heat, extreme cold, different plagues, etc; that usually covers vast areas and directly covers a large group of people. There are also other things, that God can use in executing HIS judgement, but God's judgements or the things that he uses, as recorded in the Bible also, are NOT man-made, man-inspired and can not be controlled or stopped by man.
Also, God can and have sometimes used men and women as vessels or worked through men of God to carry out His judgement on others. Again, those FEW CHOSEN OF GOD use what God uses, and they are DIFFERENT FROM and NOT terrorist. I am trying to be clear about those differences between God doing something or using somebody, and man doing something on his own. So, I hope everyone understands those points I am making.
Many people, and many in America, do still need to be judged because of their evil and wickedness; but again, when I talk about God's judgement, I am NOT talking about terrorist acts of man. When I talk and have talked about God's wrath and judgement, I am talking about things getting corrected, straightened out, or whipped or beaten in the natural realm, by the Spirit or supernatural power of God.
When people do not hear from God for whatever reasons, or they do not hear from God in a time before critical situations arise, what we end up with is a tragedy with many people dying. I do believe there were many decent Americans who were killed that day, and who died before their time. That is how important it is to me to hear from God.
I was around then; not near the attacks, but I was walking and breathing elsewhere. I was not blogging then. I mentioned in my archives, I did have some vague information that something was going to happen in September of 2001, before or no later than the 18th of that September month. I knew some Arabs would be involved, but I could not pinpoint the location of the attacks or country, or the types of weapons used. Again, I failed to hear clearly from God and in a timely fashion back then. My failure is quite human and I hate it; and I am continuing, STILL, since that time to make improvements and to be better.
Again, as I mentioned at the start of this post, I believe that Jesus Christ was born on this date of 9-11, back in 3 B.C. There are other people, including American children who were born on 9-11. I think people and Americans should try to understand that there are some good things that can be linked to the 9-11 date to think about. I will be back on topic with Somalia and Greece in the next post.

World Affairs Norway, Somalia and Greece
Hello World:
Again, I want to say I am very, very sorry for what happened to those people in Norway from nearly over a month ago from today. Last time, I talked about some Christian conservative agendas, and how one of their agendas is to allow non-White people to rot away and die, like over in Somalia. That kind of agenda is evil and ungodly.
Henceforth, I want to jump into talking about the famine and starvation taking place in Somalia and the economic and unemployment crisis that Greece is facing. There is NO excuse for not helping the poor. No decent human being, be they adults or children, should be without food, water and shelter. What has happened over in Somalia is inhumane.
Some government official over there claimed that the famine was not as bad as the media says. However, I saw some of the pictures of the children and refugees fleeing Somalia into neighboring countries. This one child I saw looked really bad. The child looked skeletal. So, that official does not know what he is talking about, because there are people starving and dying over there. The Somalia crisis has affected some 11 million people in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and DJibouti over in East Africa, according to a report.
What I would like to do at this point is present scriptures on what God says about HELPING the poor and giving in general. There are a lot of scriptures, so I am going to try to get them all in here, but it looks like I may have to extend those scriptures into the next post and talk about briefly about Greece in the next post.
Scripture reference Psalm Chapter 82: Verse 3; "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy."
Proverbs 14:31; "He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker(God): but he that honoureth Him(God) hath mercy on the poor."
Proverb 21:13; "Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard."
Deuteronomy 15:7; "If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any gate in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thy heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother."
Proverb 11:25; "The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself."
Proverbs 22:9; "He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor."
Isaiah 58:10; "And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:"
Deuteronomy 16:17; "Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee."
St. Matthew 10:8; "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely ye have received, freely give."
Ezra 2:69; "They gave after their ability unto the treasure of the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five thousand pound of silver, and one hundred priests' garments."
2 Corinthians 8:12; "For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not."
2 Corinthians 9:7; "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
Psalm 41:1; "Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble."
St. Matthew 19:21; "Jesus said unto him, if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven, and come and follow me."
Okay, as I mentioned above, there was a lot of scriptures, so, what I will do is return in the next post to discuss those above scriptures in relation to talking about Somalia and Greece.

Additional World Affairs On Iran And Norway
Hello World:
As I was discussing in the last post about killing in self-defense, they do not have the death penalty in Norway. However, I believe it would have been better if someone, there, would have killed that shooter, before he bombed and shot up all those innocent and decent people. It would be better to have those victims alive instead of him.
This current world is full of a lot of evil and vile people, and it is not all about religion. I believe GOD WILL DEFINITELY EXCUSE OR FORGIVE A CHRISTIAN WHO KILLED SOMEONE IN SELF-DEFENSE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT WAS LEGAL OR NOT.
I believe this, which is different from the laws in several countries, but if you kill someone, who cold-bloodedly killed your wife or mother, or 5 guys jumped on you in the parking lot and you killed them, or someone was trying to rape you and you killed the guy, or someone raped you and got away, and you or your brother or your father or your husband found the person some time later, and killed the person, YOU AND YOUR DEFENDANTS SHOULD NOT BE ARRESTED AND SHOULD NOT SERVE NO JAIL TIME; AND I DO MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO JAIL TIME!!!
YES, you can kill the person and still forgive them. The thing that a lot of people, including Christians miss, is that when you have been wronged by someone, or someone has wronged another person, WITHOUT any good reason, like in those examples given above, you or the person wronged should forgive the person, but that person still has to pay up.
I believe the offending persons should pay up, not necessarily by the law, or by the law enforcement finding out, and you or the person who has been wronged should not pay anything. Also, too, you DO NOT have to solve EVERY problem by killing, but if you did as again, in those examples above, you should be justified and are forgiven by God.
You also do not have to go and report everything or anything you did, to law enforcement or say anything to anybody. In Exodus Chapter 2: Verses 11-12, Moses killed an Egyptian for good reason, because the Egyptian was beating a Hebrew, and they had enslaved the Hebrews or Jewish people; and had been already beating and killing Hebrews for some time. Moses NEVER was punished by God for that JUSTIFIED killing.
No one can find for me ANY scripture that shows that God punished Moses for that killing or that shows that God was even slightly displeased or angry about it. In fact, God went on to choose and use Moses, IN MINISTRY, as one of the greatest men of God to EVER walk the earth.
When Pharaoh found out what Moses had done, he did not like it, and wanted to get Moses. Of course, it was okay with pharaoh, for his boys(slang) or Egyptian men to whip up on, enslave and kill Hebrews; but not okay when the tables were turned! The good thing is that, unlike the Ten Commandments movie, Moses fled from Pharaoh; and by God's leading, came back and defeated Pharaoh and the Egyptian army and freed the Hebrew people.
Getting back to discussing the killings in Norway, by that supposed Christian, who also claims he is a conservative who is against the spread of Islam and who is also anti-liberal; I want to mention that I am always suspicious of ANY CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVE RIGHT-WING AGENDAS, for the very reasons of what happened in Norway. Several Christians have come out, and said they do not share that man's beliefs, but I think if they are conservative, there is a strong possibility they do.
They just may not go out and cold-bloodedly kill people at random like he did, but they can do other things to hurt people, like use the system to disfranchise people from jobs, promotion, housing and education and other economic and social avenues. From my research, many of these Christian conservative groups tend to be ALL white, anti-Jew, anti-black, anti-women, anti-poor and anti-immigration; and that is not just from Norway, but in other countries.
These ultra-conservative Christians are extremely closed minded. It seems like the ONLY sins that they tend to know how to preach about involves sex, which IS AN EXTREMELY BAD, OR UNSKILLED OR BELOW LEVEL TYPE OF PREACHING.
I was researching some reports and there are several racist organizations, world-wide, who talk about advancing ONLY the WHITE RACE, and that ALL other races are mud and need to rot away. They look at those Black people in Somalia dying of starvation, and do NOT see them as equal human beings, but again much lesser, like mud and believe they should not be helped, but that they should die off. I have some more world affairs to get to in the next post.
